i have a server running sbs 2003 and a database software that used to work but now crashes whenever it tries to start up. &nbsp;i do get a windows error report with the option to send to microsoft. &nbsp;i have done this but is there any way to follow up this issue with microsoft to try and find out what is causing the softwarre to crash?<br />

I have tried everything i can from rolling back to older backups and checking components on the server but cannot seem to find the cause of the crash. &nbsp;i have moved the software to other computers where it is running fine and although i have found a temporary solution by running the database on another computer on the network i would like to get it running on the server again.<br />

i hope that this error file and would appreciate any advice on what i should do with it as I am sure I should follow it up some how.
