Cisco CME the role of voice source-group?

A friend setup UC500 with the GUI and it added this voice source-group below.  What is it function?  I don't see any other reference in the config to "CCA_SIP_SOURCE_GROUP_CUE_CME".  Thank you.

voice source-group CCA_SIP_SOURCE_GROUP_CUE_CME
 access-list 3
 translation-profile incoming SIP_Incoming

voice translation-profile SIP_Incoming
 translate called 411

access-list 3 remark CCA_SIP_SOURCE_GROUP_ACL_INTERNAL
access-list 3 remark SDM_ACL Category=1
access-list 3 permit 10.1.10.0 0.0.0.3
access-list 3 permit 192.168.100.0 0.0.0.255
access-list 3 permit 192.168.101.0 0.0.0.255

voice translation-rule 411
 rule 1 /^9\(.*\)/ /ABCD9\1/
 rule 2 /^\(...\)$/ /ABCD\1/

the sip source group is the list of sip sources that the CUE will take calls from. this is a restricted group to prevent unauthorized access and toll fraud.

there is a reference to the concept here:
https://supportforums.cisco.com/thread/2020522/

hope this helps,
