Migrate Outlook 2007 to Outlook Web in SBS 2011

I need an overview of what has to be done to move data from outlook 2007 to SBS OUtlook. Outlook on SBS 2011 has been configured. There is only one user in Outlook 2007 and we need to get all e-mail, contacts and schedules into Outlook Web. Thans.

Export the PST file -- then reimport into new outlook

Unfortunately, this gave me nothing to work with. I hired someone to take care of it.
