How do you keep Norton from erasing cookie data that I want to save?

a. Open Norton 360 from start -> program files -> ..
b. You can see the settings link at the top. select the Settings link at the top of the window.
c. go for Antivirus category and then choose Scans and Risks tab.
d. Scroll down to the list and locate the Tracking Cookie scan.
e. Change the setting switch to Ignore.

You are done with it!
