How to establish VPN to SBS2008

I have a costumer who needs his employees to be able to access files and folders on his Small Businness Server 2008 from home.
Not by RWW but by VPN connection.
I use to solve this with 3. part vpn client software like GreenBow VPN but I am told that this is possible from Windows via native functions.
Can anyone tell me how I configure clients as well as server to accomplish this? :-)
