We have a helpdesk system, kayako. Last version is 4. we are setting it up on a test server now. We have a problem with the mail parser function. It is possible to set up mail queues so users can send tickets to an email adress and have it enter the helpdesk system. We have exchange 2007 and kayako is set up for IMAP SSL. Tested with webmail to the mailbox. checked username/pwd issues. Tried pop3, pop3 ssl, imap, imap ssl. Checked settings against our kayako v3 production helpdesk. all settings are correct and it works on the prod helpdesk. suspect the issue is with PHP-IMAP and KERBEROS in relation to exchange 2007 server. was hoping to avoid recompiling PHP-IMAP. Any suggestions? standard LAMP setup, btw

Additional info:
The reason for the error is a bug in MS Exchange 2007. The exact reason is, Exchange server falsely advertises that it support Kerberos authentication even when it is configured not to use Kerberos. This causes the fetch request to fail from PHP as PHP-imap always tries to use Kerberos first.
