Do you run login scripts?

You can call the installs from a login script - most installs have some kind of SILENT install mode.

No login scripts - i just don't want to sit at every pc and install (Don't mind installing software once and have that do updates )

If you have no login scripts you could :

Set each machine to have an entry in its registry to run something at startup (HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run) ...  and point it to a central software repository on your network somewhere that triggers off install routines

that could do it - would i run into UAC issues with win 7 ?

Yes.  This would be an issue...

Workarounds include :

Lower UAC across the board.  Not recommened.

Use Elevated Rights in a Scheduled Task called through the HKLM...Run reg key
