Find all files with specific permissions

I need to find all files that have permissions assigned to a specific user.

Background - we are migrating one server to another and need to update the permissions to the new account (changing domains).  We know that permissions are only set on files within a certain parent directory, but there are hundreds of files, sub directories to have to search through)

Is there a way to say "Show me all files that have permissions explicitly set for a certain user"  I don't care about any files that the user would have permission to via "Everybody" or "Authenticated Users", etc. Just ones that have special permissions explicitly defined for that account...
