We are in the process of upgrading from WSS 3.0 to SharePoint 2010 Standard Edition.     We have deactivated and  uninstalled features that are no longer used but the following errors still exist below.  We do not know how to find the location of the error or how to resolve it.
The sites appear to be normal but the installation does state Failed.

Did you remove the features using the tool from the site collection as well as the sites?

It should say ERROR as you select the site from the site collection

Thanks Bradcoza - however I could not find the above listed GUID in the http://nessayah.spaces.live.com/blog/cns!9C20C806AB61E97C!128.entry?wa=wsignin1.0&sa=465679562 or the feature admin.   I also queried the database and could not find the feature listed in the dbo.features database.

The eight errors (just four GUID) do not appear and now I am wondering if I should just ignore the errors??   ?

I had a look again there are 4 features.

These are what they are

75a0fea7-775b-4ae1-bbc6-ad5ef0d22413, Web, DocumentReviewDocsForReviewList
75a0fea7-3cc9-4c20-bf74-9bfa9fd5d614 Web, DocumentReviewDiscussionList
75a0fea7-cd50-401e-af0e-782f3662a299 Site, TSATypes

Top 3 are Web level and 4th one is site level.  Use FeatureAdmin to remove them

Brad; I pulled up Feature Admin and these items
75a0fea7-0017-4993-85fe-c37971507bbc, Web, ProjMilestones
75a0fea7-775b-4ae1-bbc6-ad5ef0d22413, Web, DocumentReviewDocsForReviewList
75a0fea7-3cc9-4c20-bf74-9bfa9fd5d614 Web, DocumentReviewDiscussionList
75a0fea7-cd50-401e-af0e-782f3662a299 Site, TSATypes

are not listed in the Feature Admin Tool.    This the reason that we find this problem so hard to resolve.  It states that is reference but since it is not in the feature admin tool and not in the View Source for managed features as the article you sent to me.    We are very perplexed

Also when we run the FeatureAdmin tool it comes back with NO FAULT FEATURES?   so thus the reason why it is confusing
