Sharing Verizon 3g USB Internet Connection

Hello all,
     I have a UM175 aircard. Is there anything stopping me from sharing this internet connection with other computers on a network (other than the cost of possible data overages I mean)?

Besides what you stated there should not be issues there.  Only other issues would be the security of people connecting to your computer, the speed of the connection will get slower, and various other small security concerns.  If you know these people and trust them i would say there would be no issues.
