Moving Cuustomized microsoft office accounting templates
Hello all,
I am trying to move customized templates for MSOP 2009 from one computer to another.. I managed to move them according to the article in here http://support.microsoft.com/kb/943131
This issue i have is when i try to print to that template.. It prints it out with the correct fields and logo but it does not populate my information to the template. All the fields are blank?

It seems that you have not moved the files that you created with this template. Don't forget, the template is used to create NEW documents, but copying the template to another computer will not automatically copy all the files created with the template.

I understand what you saying but that is not my question, the files are all there, so when i bring an old quotation for example i can see all the related fields populated already. the issue is when i try to print them or convert them to PDF so i can email them. I only get the template printed or converted with empty fields. these fields should have been populated from MSOAP 2009

Have you tested printing to a printed page, rather than a pdf?

I had to call microsoft to get this answer
