Sharepoint 2010 - unable to upload 100mb files even though Cent Admin is set to 200mb

We just upgaded to Sharepoint 2010.

We cannot upload large files.  I set the upload limit to 200mb

I'm trying to upload a 140mb file and it just times out after about 10 minutes.  I was able to upload a 60mb file.  

I'm not sure what the max is right now.

We have a Server 2008 Frontend & a Sql 2008 backend setup.
