Adding a Node to my cluster gives the error - Unable to successfully cleanup on Windows 2008 Clustering

Can't add a second node to my cluster, I get "Unable to successfully cleanup" and the node fails to install.

I uninstalled Symantec EndPoint Protection 2010 and it fixed the problem.
