Anyone know of a software or website that lets you create/email/print (for sending hardcopies as well) newsletters, similar to the newsletters you can create in MS Publisher?

Doesn't need to be as fancy but open source or free alternative for someone who can't afford Publisher yet.

There are quite a few ways to go about this. you can. One of the open source mailing lists/newsletters that have pretty good support and is pretty functional is phplis.

You could go with Web-Wiz, it isn't the most attractive choice, but it is functional, free, and can be easily modified with a little CSS knowledge.

You could use WordPress with the NewsLetter Plugin:
http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/newsletter/. This .would require at least one person have a hosted WordPress account. The others could be either members, or just join the RSS feed of the hosted site to get an email of the newsletter. You can get decent WordPress hosting for about $6 a month at HostGator.
