Citrix Xenapp migration

We are about to move many of our staff to a XenApp published desktop solution. I am looking for an easy way to perform the following:

1. Perform the initial migration of all users local PC files to the new User profile host server.
2. Automate the copy of files on local PC to Profile host server after users have finished working offline (eg remote user creates a word doc locally when there is no internet connection. We need to copy this file back to their hosted user profile location).

Any suggested applications would be greatly appreciated.

1.You could configure folder redirection through a group policy and redirect things like My Documents and the desktop to a network share. Other things could be copied out of the desktop profile and back in using a batch file at logon and logoff.

2. have you looking into offline folder options?
