How can I prevent users from booking a specific meeting room?

Hi Experts,

how can I prevent users from booking a specific meeting room?
I want to give permission only for two users in our Domain to book this meeting room while others cannot.

We are using outlook 2007, exchange 2007.

Go into the exchange side via the Admin console.
locate the meeting room mailbox and under Mail Flow Settings, Message Delivery Restrictions, set the mailbox to only accept from the chosen few.
