"Cannot Get Mail" The connection to the server failed. iPhone

I am getting "Cannot Get Mail" The connection to the server failed on a clients Iphone

Even after it appears to have synced when setting up the phone.

https://serverip/oma works fine

And I am just stuck.

SBS 2003 with exchange service pack 2

Iphone 4

Any help would be apreciated

Please have a read of my Exchange 2003 / Activesync article, check your server configuration and then run the test on the test site.  If you encounter errors, please follow the relevant section in my article and if you get stuck anywhere, please ask.
