Mail tips in Exchange Question?

I saw I can use Exchange 2010 Mail Tips function to warn a user they are sending to large of atttachments in Outlook  and trying to figure out how can I do this with Exchange 2007?

It is not possible in Exchange 2007. It is a new feature in E2010 onwards works along with Outlook 2010.

Is there any work arounds or 3rd party software I can use till I can upgrade to Exchange 2010?
