I have recently added 7 users to a exchange environment with a new small business server 2008 installation. I have a problem that when the users connect to the exchange with outlook they are asked to enter a user and name for the 'remote.domainname.com' user. Even the administrator password does not work, they are only asked this when they click send and recieve, the email still comes through but this popup is a pain in the but as it comes up every second or 2. Can any one help ???
