I have a Group Inbox that I’m going to give a pooled set of resources access to.
Is there a way in Outlook to explicitly track who is sending the email from the group inbox?
For example, John Doe logs into the Group Inbox, groupInbox@ABCcompany.com. He notices that an application form has come in that needs to be processed. However there is some information missing in the request that came in, so he replies to the applicant asking for the missing info. In the email that John sends to the applicant, would it be possible to automatically add a signature like “John Doe using groupInbox@ABCcompany.com”?
