Remote Desktop Log in Screen is Black

any computer i try to access our exchange server via RDP , i conect but cannot see my login  options, i can sign in by guesing where the cursor is and all but it is very anoying and my other collegues cannot get it due to they are not familiar enough with RDP look at example, that is all i see...

1. Click on Start and select Run.
2. Type in regedit and click OK.
3. Browse to the registry key HKEY_USERS\.DEFAULT\Control Panel\Colors
4. The values will most likely all be 0's. You need to change them to have the values as per the settings below.

it made a really ugly blue but once i knew where to make the changes i exported the  HKEY_USERS\.DEFAULT\Control Panel\Colors folder from a diff server that iliked the color scheme on and applied it to the one i needed and it worked perfectly, whichi would say is the easier solution thatn typing in all those changes, but anyhow it did work, Thanks!
