You can not print to Excel from the out of box ReportBuilder. You need third party devices for that.

You can emulate excel by printing to a .csv file which excel will hapiliy open

uses
  ppTypes;

ppReport1.TextFileName := 'c:\test.csv'
ppReport1.ShowPrintDialog := False;
ppReport1.DeviceType := dtTextFile;
ppReport1.Print;

Otherwise get the third party devices, good one is

or you can search for

You need to set the following properties of the TppReport component:

AllowPrintToFile = True
DefaultFileDeviceType = XLSReport
DeviceType = XLSReport
RepBuilder.JPG

What does it mean to be "Always On"?

Is your cloud always on? With an Always On cloud you won't have to worry about downtime for maintenance or software application code updates, ensuring that your bottom line isn't affected.
