Printing Envelopes

When clicking on envelopes in the Mailings tab in office 2010 i do not have the option for Delivery address.  This is a bran new PC.  I have tried this on other pc's with office 2010 and the Envelopes and Labels pop up window is different.  can anyone tell me why?

In Word 2010 .

1. goto Mailings
2. click on Envelopes button on the left of the ribbon menu.

A window will open with the Delivery Address.

Can you provide a screenshot of what you are seeing.

I figured it out.  The printer driver was not installed correctly.. thank you all.
