Cannot send emails internally - Exchange 2010

Hello Guys,
Suddenly we cannot send emails to internal users while we can receive from outside. We tried to restart all services in exchange 2010 but nothing work.

I found the issues,
one of the domain controller had a worng time that effected the Exchange server.
it is very wierd that only the internal emails does not arrive if this problem happens, external e-mail artive normaly.
i think it is becuase if the time is not right it does not authinticate correctly, and the internal connector requier authintication.

Try to find the issue with the Mail/Message Flow Troubleshooter
under Exchange Management Console -> Tools
Run health check analyser as well

did you change your internal fqdn for exchange? is DNS testing clean on your network? (dcdiag /test:dns)
