We have an exchange setup with 2 CAS/HUB Exchange 2007 SP3 servers load balanced on windows 2008 SP2 with 5 SCC mailbox servers A/A/A/P/P on windows 2008 R2 SP1.

On one active servers we can successfully add an additional mailbox on outlook 2010 but on the other 2 we get the error "the name cannot be resolved the action cannot be completed" when you just press the button "open these additional mailboxes".

Are the mailboxes you can't open hidden from the address list?

Can you open any mailbox at all on the passive servers? It makes me wonder if the passive boxes are trying to query themselves and they don't have the necessary information to open other boxes...
