How to download from Android Market without Android Phone Account

Hi Experts,

We have a tablet (E-Pad). Its operating system is Android. We are trying to install some applications, but we cannot because we are having the following error:

There are no android phones associated with this account !

How is it possible since this is a tablet and not a phone?

unfortunatelly this is a problem that Google haven't fixed yet
