We are working on terminal servers where citrix xenapp is deployed.

what can be causing this issue

Do you have the clipboard enabled or disabled anywhere?

It can be set on the ICA Listener, AD Group Policy, Local Policy or Citrix Policy.

The issue seems to be solved.
I think I had to many apps open an the same time.

hi, have you try these?
- change the SessionPool size and SessionView size to bigger value
- or set the resolution to lower settings
