I have Win 2008 R2 SP1 setup with Microsoft VDI.
I have configured the RD Web Access so a user can logon to the webpage and then to their Virtual Desktop.
The problem is that once logged onto the RD Web Access page, I do not see an Icon for their dedicated Virtual PC, they have to click on "Remote Desktop" and then Type in the Virtual Computer Name.
How can I ge a shortcut icon that they can click on to get to their VD?
Or even better have then go straight to their machine without clicking on and icon, they each have a dedicated VM.

Hi have you followed through this excellent tutorial on Microsoft Technet: http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/dd883277(WS.10).aspx it walks you through Step by Step the entire process.

By the sounds of it though you have done most of the work however take a look at the final stage on this page: http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/dd883261(WS.10).aspx it talks about configuring the Personal Virtual Desktops so that the My Desktop Icon should be added to the Web Access Gateway.

Let me know if this doesn't help and I'll see if I can make it more clear.

Regards
Brett
