exchange 2010 mp SCOM HELP !

I am really unsure where i am going wrong on this install of the MP for exchange and before i uninstall everything and move on fiugred i would stop and ask ...

environmnet:

2008r2x64 with sql 08r2 all rolls installed on single server

After the MSI completes I see the following in my event app log:

I tried adding the server name as well as ip to the config file nothing seems to work ... It also will not let me import the MP packs ...

changed the runas account for the echange server ... it let me install the mp packs and than cleared the above error ... odd ...
