Trying to use the ajax control in my webpage to upload files.  If I use the asp control the webpage timesout on big files, but works without error.  The ajax control gives me a couple of errors

Error: ASP.NET Ajax client-side framework failed to load.
Message from web-page unhandled exception: Access is Denied

Never resolved, just used a third party control.
