I have a user at a client that insists on using a MAC (onloy one out of a couple of hundred over all) so i have very little MAC knowledge.  They use Entourage 2008 for there email conencting to an Exchange 2003 SBS server for ther Exchange email.  Everyhitn gworks fine except that there Entourage database ends up getting corrupted every couple of months.  I simply delete the database and conifugre it again but it is a hassle when she is on the road and she ends up losing notes and other items that do not sync with Exhancge.  her database was 32gb yesterday when it crashed but here exchange mailbox is only @ 10gb.

She may have disk directory corruption. Have her go to /Applications/Utilities and open the Disk Utility application, then run Verify Disk and report back as to whether it finds any errors.
