I am in the process of trying to setup my Server to have the capability to push out Adobe Flash updates when they becaome available. I want to set this up based on computer, and I found that I need to sign up for a distribution lic. which I did. So I have the Flash Player MSI file and I need help from there. First of all is this the file that I need to update my current flash players... It seems to be a new installation or full installation, is there a difference between new installation and an update installation. Second where do I put this MSI (if correct) to distribute by computers in OU's.

the msi can put on DC BUT when you define the location of the path, you must enter as \\dc1\app
\adobe.msi.

you must not enter as c:\app\adobe.msi.

also, you must assign to computer, you cannot publish to computer. however, you can assign and publish to user.

the gpo must link to OU with computer object if you assign to computer, else it wont work
