Message when forwarding emails

user gets this message when trying to forward an email.

"changes made to the item were lost due to reconnect with the server"

any ideas?

Try  Cleaning out the secure outlook temp file cache seems to help

Have the user Close and reopen outlook and  reboot machine.

Things to check.

1. Network card and drivers.
2. Patch cable
3. The port on the switch that the user is connected to.
4. Make sure AV is update and the computer is clean.
5. Clean out temp directorys by using CCleaner (Very Good App)
