Looking for an application to manage an IT Support Service Workshop company?

We are a small IT Support Service company, covering hardware, operating systems and networks for a number of clients.
We are looking for a software application to help manage:
 
     - SERVICE CALL LOGGING & ALLOCATION TO TECHNICIANS
     - HOURS USED TO SOLVE ISSUE
     - HARDWARE (PARTS) UTILIZED and COSTS
     - REPORTING TOOLS
     - KNOWLEDGE BASE / DOCUMENTATION OF ACTIONS
     - ASSET MANAGEMENT
     - SERVICE PERFORMANCE INDICATORS

Can you please indicate which software and/or SaaS can handle these requirements, not only open source but even commercial applications.

I would check with Ingram Micro Seismic Division.  They have a pretty good line up of software.
Currently we use Level Platforms along with our custom trouble ticketing system, but Level Platforms will directly work with AutoTask.

Some competitors use Kaysea, but it can be very expensive.
There is also N-able, but it is cumbersome to get installed.
