TS session window is too small

Hi All.

I have a client who connects to a TS session / server through SBS2003.

When they connect the TS session window is very small and around it is a large balck screen - i.e. the windows desktop is about 150mm x 150mm in the middle of the screen and the rest (on a 19" monitor) is just black.

I have seen this before but never fixed it and I thought it had something to do with the resolution but not sure.

No one else (and there are 12 others) - have this problem.

Any help would be appreciated.

Using the Remote Desktop Connection tool, there will be a OPTIONS button.

1.  Click on Options of RDC program
2.  Click Display Tab
4.  Change the resolution of the Display.

If they have a RDC shortcut, then right click on it and select Edit to get to the Options menu.

I am pretty sure thats already set to full screen - and I have seen this same issue with the setting at full screen.

I will check however just in case
