No ports needed for either....  AntiVirus updates are Server Initiated, so as long as the server can get out the INET... he is good.  DNS updates?  why does you server need DNS updates?  from what other server?

Are you configuring inbound traffic exceptions or locking down outbound traffic?

Your local DSN server should only handle LAN DNS requests requests should be handled by your ISP.

Other important Ports tha a server may need for inbound traffic.
80 - http
443 - https
25 - smtp
110 - pop3
143 - IMAP
