Which Exchange folder do I backup
Using Backup exec 2010, we are backing up Exchange 2007. There are two folders containing storage groups. One that is under Program files. The other is under "information store"
Which one do I backup? Or is it necessary to backup both?

thanks for the quick response. Your answer brings me more questions though. I have Exchange Agent - is this what you mean by "Exchange plug-in?"
When you say "entire store" - what does this mean? Are you saying that I can ignore the "Program files"
Do I reset the archive bit and clear the logs from Backup Exec job properties?
Sorry to hit you with these questions but your answer assumes too much about my knowledge.

If you do not backup the store that way, the log files will continue to grow and run your server out of disk space.
When you backup the store that way, you technically do not need to back up the database files.
