is it possible to open a window inside a DIV?

I have some links and in the center of my page I have a div that split my page, this way:

Head of my page
------------------------------------------------------


Div center of it

------------------------------------------------------

I want to open the other pages in the cente of my page but I don't want to use framework

put an iFrame

or use jQuery

$("#idOfDiv").load("myPage.aspx");
