We have recently changed the pickup rollers and still it is not consistently picking up the paper. &nbsp;Had a repair technician come out and he was unable to figure it out. &nbsp;Did not know if anyone else is experiencing this same problem and if so how did they fix it?

Document imaging is an information technology category for systems capable of replicating documents commonly used in business.
