Looking for over-ear headphones with cloth ear cup

Howdy folks--

I'm looking for a nice comfortable pair of over-the-ear headphones for around $50. Sound quality is not of utmost importance...I wear them most of the day at work, so it's more important that they block exterior noise well and are comfortable to wear.

I don't like the faux-leather/vinyl ear cups that are on 98% of over-the-ear headphones; I'd prefer a cloth-style ear cup like the Sennheiser HD555, but they're $85 on Amazon. I could just wait for them to go on sale, but I'm curious if anyone has other suggestions.

Thanks!

when you say over ear headphones do you mean ones that cover the entire ear with an over the head band like the akg k142's or ones that hook over your ears like the panasonic rp-hs22-d?

More similar in style to the AKG, the classic studio-looking headphones.

Thanks everyone for the input. My main criteria here were price (around $50) and comfort, specifically a cloth ear cup rather than the leather/vinyl that covers the vast majority of headphones.

I decided to go with the Pioneer SE M390, I picked it up for $46 on Amazon. Here's the link to a review.

Also found you can get replacement velour earpads for a number of different headphones, so that's cool for comfort weirdos like me.
