How to stop outlook 2010 showing completed items in to do pane

Hi all

I have a query regarding the to do bar in outlook 2010.

I am unable to prevent it showing completed items. If I hide items that are completed, it only remembers it for that session. Is there any way of stopping it showing them.

items that are completed

Im choosing mark completed yes.

I use 3 different computers with outlook, they all behave the same way, all up to date.
