Grant perssion to shared mailbox in exchange

Hi Experts,

 I have a shared maibox in exchange and I have user A with access to this mailbox, she is using outlook 2007 and I just click on file>open>other's user's folder and I put in the name and it shows in her inbox. I have user B who I have granted the same rights to that shared mailbox but when I try to add it the shared mailbox never appears.
