Cisco CDR lacking stats - jitter, latency, pkts sent/received etc

I am running CUCM 7.1.  Call reporting includes the basic stats such as who called who when, how long the call lasted etc.  However troubleshooting information such as jitter, latency, packets sent/received is all reported as "null".  How to get this important information into my CDR/CMR?  Thank you.

Would you believe me if I tell you, that Cisco phones do not support RTCP?

Cisco Unified Serviceability >> Tools >> CDR Analysis and Reporting
 
Go to System >> Scheduler >> CDR Load

Uncheck "Load CDR only"

Amigan, can you please confirm that those values within the CMRs do contain QOS information? Actually can you please clarify which details would those be?

Some metrices won't get populated as far as I understand:

I got this answer and it worked via Cisco NetPro.

This was already true in my system:

CCMAdministration >> Service Parameter >> Call Manager Service go to Clusterwider Parameters and set "Call Diagnostics Enabled" to "Enable Only When CDR Enabled Flag is True"

..so just Uncheck "Load CDR only" was required.
