email Disclaimer

we have exchnage2003 and 2007 with barracuda spam firewall.
i was asked to put email disclaimer for each outgoing email. But the disclaimer has to have each employee's phone number, this can not be done.
is there any comercial software withh do that
that is, John's phone 212-xxx-1234
so we want the disclaimer to show his number for rcpt to.

we have some blackberries and iphones, PDAs.
i wonder how the disclaimer works for those devices.

That's actually what I was starting to explore. I was wondering if there was a way to centrally manage that as well. I got interrupted but will post anything I find.
