we have exchnage2003 and 2007 with barracuda spam firewall.<br />
i was asked to put email disclaimer for each outgoing email. But the disclaimer has to have each employee's phone number, this can not be done.<br />
is there any comercial software withh do that<br />
that is, John's phone 212-xxx-1234<br />
so we want the disclaimer to show his number for rcpt to.<br />

email Disclaimer
