We are having a strange problem with meeting notices being sent out automatically. At first it seemed to be isolated to one user and started a couple of months ago, this user would notice in his sent items that in the middle of the night his mailbox sent out 4-5 cancelation notices for a meeting. Well today it appears to be more widespread, I receieved about 40 of these cancellation notices from 6 diffrent users. Any assistance would be great.

I discovered the problem of the most recent occurence. It appears to have been caused by a user upgrading his droid mobile phone to version 2.2 and it sent out all these canceled meetings. This was confirmed by looking in the users sent items. Some of them showed his name on behalf of another user and some just looked like they came straight from another user but were sent by him.

This still does not explain the original problem that has been going on for the other user for a couple of months, he does have an iPhone and iPad. Maybe this is causing the problem?
