If I am using Active Sync with my PDA do I still require CALs?

If you use your PDA to access an Exchange account - you don't need a separate CAL unless you are licensed per Device.  If you are licensed per user - then No.

As long as you have the correct CAL's for Exchange and are licensed per User - then nothing else is required.
