How to get top 10 user who has uploaded files between two date range user wise report i,e report generation in moss 2007 for highest file uploaded+approved files in knowledge manahement site.

only custom development. you can create view by SPQuery object. build CAML request to get all items CreatedBy field, put "where" clause to set min/max date. Then some custom logic to calculate items count by User name

BTW, this also could be done (probably) byt SharePoint Designer customization. And actually I want to make opensource sandboxed component for it (unfortunately for you this will be SP2010)
