Iphone 4 unable to connect with exchange 2010

Hi All,

We are currently in the process of migrating from exchange 2003 to 2010. I have 4 users that on the old 2003 exchange severe, were able to sync there iphone 4s, who are now not able to since we moved over to using exchange 2010. Help would be very much appreciated.

I ran the test under my account creds and yes I am. The 3 other users are not.

Run ADUC and select Advanced Features
Next locate the user and select properties
Next select the security tab
Select Advanced on the bottom right
Put a checkmark in Allow inheritable permissions...
You now have about 15 minutes to attempt the Sync.

For Domain Admins AD will complete a replication cycle and the checkmark will disappear.

After the phone successfully syncs the checkmark does not matter anymore.

I tried that and its still not working.
My iphone keeps asking me for my account password too, But I know that I have imputed this correctly in to the email settings on my phone.

Our internal domain name is the same as our external (annoyingly).

Tried that and still not working. Saying "Unable to verify account information."

Go into ADSI Edit, Default Naming Context, drill down through your AD list, find your account,

Right click on it, properties

Look for Admin Count

Make sure it is set to 0, if you are a Domain Admin it will be set to 1

Then go back into your account through ADUC and make sure that check mark is checked.

I called microsoft in the end and paid for the fix.

It was to do with permisions on IIS.
