our ceo does not want free/busy info displayed from his calendar.  the only thing i can think of is to have him create a different calendar other than the default and share that out with his executive assistants.  however, he has a droid.  is there a way for him to synch up this calendar as well or instead of the default?

Have you tried setting "free/busy options" Publish field to 0 months ... this should disable Free/Busy information for him.  You can see how here ==> http://support.microsoft.com/kb/199297

After making this change I would also do a /cleanfreebusy to make sure that the information is lost ==> http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/outlook-help/command-line-switches-for-microsoft-office-outlook-2007-HP001218589.aspx

Hope this helps
