Its actually called scanpst.exe, and on your machine it will be located in C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office12. <br />

I have 2 computers.  On my XP machine messages in Outlook open normally.  On my Windows 7 machine each time I open a message the first time it is blank.  I can close the message and open it again and it displays normally.

Anybody seen that before?
